News from Saundersfoot Medical Centre - September 1st 2025
The surgery are changing our clinical system to a more intuitive system. We are working extremely hard behind the scenes for a smooth migration. All staff have had training and will be given more training on the new system, but things may take a little longer whilst we familiarise ourselves with the navigation. This means it may take a little longer for our team to answer any queries patients have. Please bear with us while these changes take place.
We are still experiencing problems with the phone lines in the prescriptions department, which we are addressing. Unfortunately, we have one of our team members off sick presently which exacerbates the problem. Please be patient during this time. We will be having a patient call board fitted in reception late September, this be both visual and audio. In October we will be having a our phonelines updated.
