Planning applications in Saundersfoot

Plota brings together planning applications from 389 UK councils with the constraints, licences, owners and committee decisions around them, checked every day: free for anyone to search. It is independent of local planning authority websites.

Saundersfoot Community Council reviews all planning applications relating to land and properties within our area. Details of the applications considered by the Council are published in our meeting minutes, which can be accessed via the Documents tab on this website.

All Council meetings are open to the public, and we welcome residents' views on planning matters. If you see an application you would like to comment on, please attend the relevant meeting or contact us via email (clerk@saundersfoot-cc.gov.wales). We value local knowledge and feedback, which helps us represent the interests of the community when considering planning proposals.
